im teaching myself the guitar, what are the main scales and how many are there. also if you get good at the main ones is it easy to learn the others.
what elsedo i need to practice to be an excelent guitar player so far i am perfecting my
strumming technique and barre chords also trying to memorise the whole fretboard and 300 basic chords.
The acoustic guitar I just received today has 18 frets…is that normal, and know its not a classical, it has steel strings. I hope this isn’t a scale-guitar if you know what I mean. Also how many frets do different types of guitars usually have? Sorry, couldn’t find this here, or on the internet quickly…don’t have a lot of time.
Im a beginner, about to buy my own guitar, and when i look at the discriptions, i see 21 fret jumbo, 22 fret, 24 fret, ect. I dont want to buy one of those mini guitars for kids, so i was wondering how many frets should be on a standard sized guitar
I have a program that teaches how to play frets 1-10. I do not know which end is 1 and which end is 10. I counted from the end of the fretboard to the bottom and its 14 frets. I’ve seen a diagram of chords online that shows 22 frets. Where can I find a detailed listing of frets and what number is what fret?
