If A Song On Guitar Calls For A Capo On The 2nd Fret, And I Don’t Have One…?

What could I do to replace it? Could I just play it without the capo? Should I tune it differently or something?

haha, i tend to have the same problem
i take a pen (it helps if it has a flat side) and put it across the fret. then i take a rubber band or hair tie, put it around the back of the neck and looped around the pen and voila! you have a makeshift capo

you can just play it without the capo. it’s going to be a bit lower than the original song because you don’t have a capo, but it’s not really going to effect anything.
definitely don’t tune it different. if you try to tune it higher as if there were a capo, a string might snap.
    good luck :]
